Maitake mushroom grilled in foil
Make sure to fold the aluminum foil tightly to prevent any liquid from leaking out.
Spread out a long strip of aluminum foil and place the maitake mushrooms (crushed by hand) and the seasoning ingredients on top, making sure not to spill any
Fold the edges of the aluminum foil from [1] to prevent the liquid from leaking out, wrap it in foil, and steam it in an oven at 200-220°C for 10-15 minutes
Once steamed, place the foil on a flat plate and garnish with sliced lemon
