Andive and olive shiso paste
The crisp, watery and fresh and fresh andy bean paste is served with refreshing shiso leaf paste.
How to make it

Divide the Andives one at a time, soak them in ice water for a few minutes, and then grab the slurping.

After a few minutes, wipe off the andive well and remove any wrinkled leaves.

Arrange the andives on a plate and sprinkle lightly with salt. Spread the olive oil in a circle and place a small amount of shiso leaf paste into the andybee to finish.
