Andive and olive shiso paste
Divide the Andives one at a time, soak them in ice water for a few minutes, and then grab the slurping.
After a few minutes, wipe off the andive well and remove any wrinkled leaves.
Arrange the andives on a plate and sprinkle lightly with salt. Spread the olive oil in a circle and place a small amount of shiso leaf paste into the andybee to finish.
