Pizza toast
It's easy to make because it uses canned tomatoes, so I recommend it.
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the bread into about 10 slices. Cut the mozzarella into 1cm cubes
Place the sliced bread on a sheet of aluminum foil and bake for about 10 minutes until crisp
While the bread is baking, strain the can of tomatoes. Once strained, add 1 teaspoon of olive oil and a pinch of salt and mix
Once the bread is toasted, sprinkle a little salt on it, then spoon some of the sauce from [3] onto the surface of the bread and spread it generously
Place plenty of Steppen cheese and mozzarella cheese, torn into bite-sized pieces by hand, on top of [4], then top with anchovies and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese
Next, pour melted butter and olive oil over [5] and bake in the oven until the cheese is melted. Place on a plate and garnish with Italian parsley to finish
