Pizza toast

Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut the bread into about 10 pieces. Cut the mozzarella into 1cm cubes.

Place the sliced bread on top of aluminium foil and pour in the oven for about 10 minutes until crispy.

While baking the bread, strain cans of tomatoes using a strainer. After sizing, add 1 tsp olive oil and a pinch of salt and mix.

Once the bread is cooked, sprinkle a small amount of salt, take the sauce from [3] into a spoon, and spread it generously on the surface of the bread.

[4] Place a generous amount of torn steppen cheese and mozzarella cheese on top of it, which is easy to eat with your hands, then place anchovies on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Additionally, pour melted butter and olive oil over the top of [5] and bake in the oven until the cheese melts. Place it on a plate and pour it in Italian parsley to finish.
