Grilled turnip with olive oil

By covering the turnip with aluminum foil, you can roast it at a high temperature until golden brown. The roots of the turnips are filled with soil, so be sure to soak them in water and use your fingers to remove the soil. The water will turn brown surprisingly quickly

How to make it

Cut the turnip into quarters, leaving about 2-3cm from the base, and peel

Place the turnip in a bowl of water and remove any soil that has gotten into the roots

Add olive oil to a frying pan, add the turnips, turn on the heat and cook

Sift in a pinch of salt and cover with aluminum foil

Once they start to brown, flip them over and cook until golden brown all over, as shown in the picture. Season with pepper and it's done
