By covering the lid with aluminum foil, you can bake the turnip in a hot state and browned state. Soil gets into the roots of the turnip, so be sure to soak it in water and use your fingers to remove the soil. The water turns brown surprisingly.

How to make it
1

Leave the turnip about 2-3cm from the root, divide it into 4 equal parts and peel it.

2

Place the turnip in a bowl filled with water and remove any soil that has entered the roots.

3

Put olive oil in a frying pan, lay the turnip and set it on and cook.

4

Sprinkle a pinch of salt and then remove it with aluminum foil and cover.

5

Once the color is browned, turn it over and cook until the whole thing is brown as shown in the photo. Pepper the whole thing and it's finished.
