Two-color onion salad

The purple onions are sliced at right angles to the fibers, and the onions are thinly sliced along the fibers and exposed separately to water. After 4 minutes, wipe off the moisture with paper. Mix A with it.

Add purple onion and onion to A and mix, then add salt at the end.

Serve on a plate and sprinkle some seaweed to finish off.
