Rape blossoms and cherry shrimp pasta
Boiling the rapeseed flowers and pasta together will transfer the flavor of the rapeseed flowers to the pasta. This pasta has a very nice aroma of cherry blossom shrimp.
How to make it

[Boil the pasta and rape flowers]
Boil water, add a pinch of salt and boil the pasta for 4 minutes. When the remaining time is 3 minutes, add the rapeseed flowers and boil them with the pasta.

[Make a pasta sauce]
Add olive oil, garlic and hawk claws to a frying pan and heat it. When the garlic turns golden brown, add cherry shrimp, and when the aroma begins to develop, add white wine. Once the alcohol content is gone, add the pasta cooking liquid and Italian parsley and make it into a sauce.

the pasta and rape flowers from [1] are cooked, remove them in colanders and transfer them as they are in frying pans from [2]. Mix the whole thing together and pour olive oil to finish off. "
