Rape blossom and cherry shrimp pasta
[Boil the pasta and rape blossoms]
Bring water to a boil, add a pinch of salt, and boil the pasta for 4 minutes. When there are 3 minutes left, add the rape blossoms and boil together with the pasta.
[Make the pasta sauce]
Add olive oil, garlic, and chili pepper to a frying pan and heat. When the garlic turns golden brown, add the sakura shrimp, and when the aroma comes out, add the white wine. Once the alcohol has evaporated, add the pasta cooking water and Italian parsley and make a sauce.
[Combine the pasta and sauce]
Once the pasta and rape blossoms (1) are cooked, drain them in a colander and transfer them directly to the frying pan (2). Mix everything together and finish by drizzling olive oil over them.
