How to make it

Put salt and alcohol in a bowl filled with water, add white fish and salt upright for a few minutes.

Place the ingredients for the dashi stock in a small pot (small frying pans are also acceptable), heat it, and add the raw rape flowers.

Once the dashi stock is boiling, add the white fish from [1] and cover it. Cover and bring to a boil for about a minute and it's finished.
