Spicy miso with squid and cucumber
Be careful not to boil squid as it will become hard if you cook it too much.
How to make it

Make fine notches on both sides of the squid, pass them in boiling water for about 5 seconds, then drop them in water.

Shred the squid and cucumbers from [1].

Place vinegared miso in a bowl and add the cut [2] to it and it's finished.
