Grilled chicken with cheese

To make the chicken thighs even, open them with a knife and tap the meat part with a knife to blend in the whole thing. (Be careful not to cut the skin.)

Add the beaten chicken to the bat with [A] and leave for about 10 minutes.

Heat the frying pan and cook the seasoned chicken through the skin without adding any oil. (It burns easily, so it is low on heat.)

Once the skin is browned thoroughly, turn it over and cook it all the way through.

Once the chicken is cooked, place five melted cheese on top of the chicken so there are no gaps, cover it and melt the cheese.

Once the cheese has melted, beat one egg yolk and use a spatula to apply it to the surface of the cheese.

Before the yolks are hardened, remove them on a cutting board and cut them into squares. Serve on a plate and it's finished.
