Bonito sansho flavor
Highly recommended for those who like sansho pepper. The trick is to heat the persimmon to give it a scent.
How to make it

Cut the bonito into a slightly thicker slice and place on a plate.

Mix [A] into a heat-resistant container or similar.
Heat the balm in a frying pan, add it to the container and mix well.

Pour bonito with [2] and complete it.
