Beef lotus root
Cut the lotus root into 5mm thin slices. Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and fry the sliced lotus root. Once the oil has spread evenly, add the sliced beef and fry all over
Once the beef is cooked through, add the pine nuts, Happomibijin, and sugar and let the flavors blend
Finally, add the black pepper and stir fry until done
