Beef lotus root

Slice lotus root into 5mm thin slices. Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and fry the cut lotus root. Once the oil has spread throughout, add the cut beef and fry the whole thing.

Once the beef is cooked, add pine nuts, Hachi-kaibijin, and sugar to blend in the flavor.

Finally, add black pepper and stir-fry the whole thing and it's finished.
