Gyuchazuke

Bake the beef thoroughly in a frying pan without oil.

If the beef is golden brown, add grated radish with squeezed tightly and fry the radish so that it absorbs oil.

After seasoning with a beautiful bean, place it on top of white rice and topped with wasabi and shiso leaves. Add bancha or dashi stock.
