Stir-fried eggplant with sesame flavor

The asparagus and paprika are finished in a vibrant colour. By peeling the eggplant, the flavor will quickly soak into the inside.

How to make it

Peel the eggplant and cut it all together. Wipe off the water thoroughly and fry it in an appropriate amount of oil.

The seasoned beef is poured through oil, just like the eggplant.

Fry the condiments in a heated frying pan with 1 tablespoon of salad oil. Once the aroma is starting to taste, add oil-infused eggplant, beef, boiled asparagus, paprika, and the mixture [A] and fry over high heat.
