Pork loin and chive vermicelli marler
Cut the pork loin into thin strips and season it (see ingredients link)
Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan and fry the pork. Once the surface is cooked, add the chopped white onion and garlic and cook until fragrant
Add the seasonings in (A) and then add the vermicelli that has been soaked in water and simmer
Add the chives cut into 2cm pieces and stir fry to evaporate the moisture
Finish by adding sesame oil and chili oil
