Pork loin and chive vermicelli marler

Shred the pork loin and season. (See Materials link)

Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan and fry the pork. Once the surface is heated, add chopped white green onions and garlic to create a scent.

Add the <A> seasonings, then add the vermicelli that has been recycled with water and simmer in a bit.

Add the leeks cut into 2cm wide pieces and fry to remove any moisture.

Finish by pouring sesame oil and chili oil in it.
