Stir-fried winter melon and beef in oyster sauce

Peel the winter melon and remove the cotton, boil it softly until it sticks to a bamboo skewer, and cut into pieces.

Heat 100cc of salad oil in a frying pan and pour the seasoned beef through the oil. Once the heat is halfway, drain the oil well.

Heat 1 tablespoon of scallion oil in a frying pan and fry the condiments. Once the aroma is starting to lighten, add the sliced winter melon, sake, and Chinese soup and simmer.

Once the Chinese soup has soaked in the winter melon, add the oiled beef and the mixed [A] and fry it to remove any moisture.

Thicken it with water-dissolved potato starch and add diagonally sliced okra. Finish by pouring sesame oil in it and it's finished.
