Stir-fried squid with miso onions
Make a cut inside the squid
Turn the squid sideways, cut it into thin strips, and mix the seasonings in order, kneading them carefully one by one
Add enough water to cover the squid and 1 tablespoon of salad oil (not included in the recipe), bring to a boil, quickly boil the squid and drain
Heat 1 tablespoon of scallion oil in a frying pan and fry the ginger. Once the aroma comes out, add the mixed ingredients (A), boiled squid, and green onions, and stir-fry.
Once the sauce is well-absorbed, finish by adding a splash of sesame oil. Transfer to a plate and top with plenty of green onions (not included in the recipe).
