Stir-fried squid with miso onions

Make a cut inside the squid.

Turn the squid sideways, shredded pieces, and mix carefully one by one by one in order.

Add enough water to soak the squid, and 1 tablespoon salad oil (not included in the amount), and once it boils, quickly boil the squid and drain.

Fry the ginger in a heated frying pan with 1 tablespoon of scallion oil. Once the aroma is starting to come out, add the mixed [A], boiled squid and green onions and stir fry.
Once the sauce has blended in all the sauce, pour in sesame oil to finish off. Transfer to a plate and topped with plenty of green onions (not included in the portions) to complete.
