How to make it

Rub 1 tablespoon of salt into the washed saury to remove any odor

Once the water comes out of the saury, wipe it off thoroughly with paper towels and cut it into roughly thirds

Mix the seasonings (A) in a pot and add the chopped saury

Simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes and it's done. It can be used in a variety of dishes
