How to make it

Put sake and pitted pickled plums into a pot, crush the plums with chopsticks, and heat until the alcohol evaporates

Once the alcohol has evaporated, add the Japanese peppercorns and bonito flakes. Boil for 1-2 minutes, then turn off the heat and strain
