How to make it

Add the shredded shiso leaves to the mayonnaise and mix well

Cook the salmon in a toaster oven beforehand

Place a generous amount of (1) on the grilled salmon and bake in the toaster for another 3 minutes

Once the mayonnaise has melted and the meat is golden brown, it's done. To make it even more fragrant, sear it over a burner
