How to make it

Add shredded shredded shiso leaves to mayonnaise and mix well.

Cook the salmon in a toaster beforehand.

Place a generous amount of [1] on the grilled salmon and bake in the toaster for another 3 minutes.

The mayonnaise melts and when it's browned it's finished. Grill it with a burner to make it even more fragrant.
