This dish allows you to enjoy the simple, rustic taste of carrots. If you don't have mini carrots, cut regular carrots into pieces in long, thin pieces so that miso can easily penetrate.

How to make it

Wipe off the mini carrots that have been washed with water with paper or something similar and peel the skin with a peeler.

Pickle a generous amount of Shinshu miso and let it sit overnight.

Remove any excess miso and place it on a plate and it's finished.
