Mini carrot pickled in miso

How to make it

Wipe off the mini carrots that have been washed with water with paper or something similar and peel the skin with a peeler.

Pickle a generous amount of Shinshu miso and let it sit overnight.

Remove any excess miso and place it on a plate and it's finished.
