How to make it

After pre-boiling to remove the odor, cut the Shirataki into 2cm wide.

Heat 1 tablespoon of thick white sesame oil in a frying pan. Add the Shirataki (1) from [1] to this and fry it slowly to remove any moisture.

When Shirataki is dry, put out the fire and mix with the cod.

Finish with butter and finish.
