Mackerel with white dressing

This is a masterpiece made with fresh horse mackerel made with basic white dressing (teahead dressing). The key to the taste is to marinate the fish with lemon in advance. It's a dish that's perfect for white wine without any tints. The shiso leaves are used to mix 2/3 of the total amount, and the remaining 1/3 is finished to give it a professional finish.

How to make it

Sprinkle salt evenly on both sides of the horse mackerel and leave for about 15 minutes.

Place the horse mackerel in 1 between lemon slices, sprinkle with lemon juice and let it sit for about 15 minutes.
