Place potatoes, milk, cream, Chinese soup, and chopped garlic in a gratin dish, top with shredded butter, and bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes
The potatoes are done when they are nicely browned. The cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the potatoes, so if they seem hard, you can add more cooking time
