New potatoes boiled in milk

Slice the new potatoes into a thickness of about 4-5 mm while still in the skin. You can also use a slicer.

Put potatoes, milk, fresh cream, Chinese soup, and chopped garlic in a baking dish, top with shredded butter and bake in an open 180°C for about 20 minutes.

Once the browning is just right, it's finished. The baking time varies depending on the thickness of the potatoes, so if it seems to be hard, add a baking time.
