Brussels sprouts tanuki bowl
Boil the Brussels sprouts, drain the drain, and cut in half.
Place a frying pan with salad oil over high heat and add the Brussels sprouts so that the cross section is below. Add the seasonings [A] you've added, and fry them for about 3 minutes while shaking the frying pan.
Place rice in a bowl, add fried roasts and place the Brussels sprouts from [2] on top.
Pour the remaining sauce from the frey pan over top and complete it.
