How to make it

Parboil the Brussels sprouts, drain and cut in half

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over high heat and add the Brussels sprouts cut-side down. Add the seasonings (A) and stir-fry for about 3 minutes, shaking the pan

Place rice in a bowl, top with fried tempura bits, and then place the Brussels sprouts (2) on top

Pour the remaining sauce from the frying pan over the top and it's done
