This is a bowl of rice bowl with sauteed Brussels sprouts. I added deep fried balls on top of the rice to make it even more filling.

How to make it

Boil the Brussels sprouts, drain the drain, and cut in half.

Place a frying pan with salad oil over high heat and add the Brussels sprouts so that the cross section is below. Add the seasonings [A] you've added, and fry them for about 3 minutes while shaking the frying pan.

Place rice in a bowl, add fried roasts and place the Brussels sprouts from [2] on top.

Pour the remaining sauce from the frey pan over top and complete it.
