How to make it
1

The sardines are opened by hand and make fine cuts in the skin to make the flavor easily soak. Put the sardines in a bowl and soak the sardines.

2

Remove the skin and seeds of the avocado and cut into combs. Lightly drain it in the sauce listed in [1] and arrange it on a batter lined with aluminum foil.

3

Place the sardines from [1] on top of the avocado and bake in the toaster oven for about 10 minutes.

4

Brush the remaining sauce in the bowl and place it in the toaster oven again and bake for about 2-3 minutes.

5

Serve in a bowl and it's finished.
