How to make it
1

Open the sardines by hand and make small cuts in the skin to allow the flavor to penetrate easily. Place the Happo Mibijin in a bowl and marinate the sardines

2

Remove the skin and seed from the avocado and cut it into wedges. Lightly dip the avocados in the sauce from [1] and arrange them on a tray lined with aluminum foil

3

Place the sardines (1) on top of the avocado and bake in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes

4

Brush the remaining sauce from the bowl onto the meat, then return to the toaster oven and bake for 2-3 minutes

5

Serve in a bowl and you're done
