It's recommended to freeze the beef and then cut it into pieces by hand while it's still frozen, as this will save you the trouble of cutting the meat. You can also serve the lettuce separately and enjoy it like hand-rolled sushi

How to make it

Remove the skin and seed from the avocado and cut into wedges

Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and fry in a frying pan over high heat

Once the beef is cooked through, add the avocado, Happomibijin and white sesame seeds and stir fry quickly

Place (3) on a lettuce leaf, roll it up, and serve in a serving dish
