Avocado and beef lettuce roll
Remove the skin and seed from the avocado and cut into wedges
Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and fry in a frying pan over high heat
Once the beef is cooked through, add the avocado, Happomibijin and white sesame seeds and stir fry quickly
Place (3) on a lettuce leaf, roll it up, and serve in a serving dish
