Grilled tofu with chili oil
Finely chop the mitsuba
Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the silken tofu (undrained)
Once both sides are golden brown, add 1 tablespoon of chili oil and once fragrant, transfer to a serving dish
Add 1 tablespoon of chili oil and 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce to the remaining frying pan and bring to a boil
Pour the sauce over the tofu and garnish with mitsuba to finish
