How to make it

Chop the tan leaves finely.

Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a frying pan and bake silken tofu (undrained).

Add 1 tablespoon of chili oil to eat after roasting both sides to golden brown, and when the aroma is starting to taste, transfer it to a bowl.

Add 1 tablespoon of chili oil and 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce to the remaining frying pan and bring to a boil.

Pour the sauce you made over tofu and serve with the mites and tan leaves to finish.
