Sukiyaki onion and beef slices

This time I used bonito soup stock, but if you don't have one, you can make it with water.
You can also add spinach to color.

Cut the new onions in half, cut the fibers into three equal parts, and lay them in a frying pan or pot.

Cut the beef slices into bite-sized pieces, cover the onion with a lid, and heat.

Once the onions are cooked, add all the seasonings over the meat, and when the meat is cooked, it's finished. Spoon it on beaten eggs.
