Asparagus and corned beef stir-fried with olives and egg
Remove about 2cm of the base of the asparagus, peel it and cut it into 4 pieces. Put sake and water in a frying pan and bring to a boil, then add the cut asparagus
Once the asparagus has browned, add the corned beef, breaking it up with your hands, and simmer for about 2 minutes
Add olive oil to [2] and bring to a boil. Transfer to a clay pot or cocotte, crack two eggs into it, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and bake in the toaster. Once the eggs are cooked through, it's done
