Stir-fried asparagus and corned beef with olives egg

Remove the roots of the asparagus about 2cm, peel and cut into 4 equal parts. Add the sake and water to a frying pan, boil and then add the cut off asparagus.

Once the asparagus has improved its color, loosen the corned beef with your hands and bring to a boil for about 2 minutes.

Sprinkle olive oil into [2], then add more boiling, then transfer it to a clay pot or cocotte, break two eggs, sprinkle an appropriate amount of Parmesan cheese and bake in a toaster. Once the eggs are cooked, it's finished.
