Sukiyaki with tomatoes
Remove the tomatoes and place them in a blender to make a puree.
Put a frying pan with salad oil over high heat and fry the sliced onions into 2mm widths. Once the onions are soft, cover the onions and spread the beef while adding.
Add the seasonings [A] and mix quickly. Once the beef is cooked, add the pure tomatoes.
Sprinkle some dark soy sauce over the top. Serve in a bowl and topped with hot spring eggs to complete.
