Sukiyaki with tomatoes
Remove the stems from the tomatoes and blend them in a blender to make a puree
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over high heat and fry the onions sliced into 2mm pieces. When the onions have softened, add the beef, spreading it out so that it covers the onions
Add the seasonings in [A] and mix quickly. Once the beef is cooked, add the pureed tomatoes.
When it's done, add the dark soy sauce. Serve in a serving dish and top with a soft-boiled egg.
