Chilled soup with tomatoes
Uses "hiyajiru no moto" (cold soup base) supervised by Tsukiji Tamura
Thinly slice the cucumber, finely chop the tomato, and julienne the myoga and shiso leaves
Put the grilled tofu in a bowl and roughly mash it. Add all the ingredients and mix
Taste it and if it seems too strong, add water to adjust the flavor. Serve in a bowl and it's done
