Basic grilled fish (salted horse mackerel)

The horse mackerel removes gills and internal organs, except for scales and scalyptus.
Wash with water, wipe off any water, and make a cross cut into the flesh.
Sprinkle a thin layer of salt all over and leave for about 5 minutes to remove excess water.
Add some makeup salt to the tails and fins and grill the surface on a grilled fish for 7 minutes.
After lightly grilling the back, add garnish and ginger to the dish.
