Bonito bang bang chicken style
Cut the bonito into slices about 1cm thick and arrange on a plate
Peel the cucumber using a peeler, then chop it into bite-sized pieces using the side of a knife
Sprinkle a little salt on the cucumber and rub it in, then add sesame oil and mix
Pour the Bang Bang Chicken sauce (see separate recipe) over the bonito fillets, then place the cucumber between the pieces of bonito. Finish by topping with chopped white onions, if desired
