Bonito stick chicken style

Cut the bonito into 1cm thick pieces and arrange them on a plate.

Peel the cucumbers with a peeler or something, then smash them with a knife and cut them into pieces that are easy to eat.

Sprinkle a little salt on the cucumber, rub it with salt, add sesame oil and mix.

Pour bonito fillets with a chicken sauce (see separate recipe) and place the cucumbers between the bonito meats, sandwiching them. Topped with green onions to your liquor to your liquor.
