Zucchini with tomato stew

Cut the zucchini into 5cm lengths and divide them into 4 equal parts. Chop the onions and cut the bacon into 3mm thick thin pieces.
Heat the garlic, seeded chili peppers, and olive oil in a frying pan, and add the bacon when it smells good and fry. Add the onions and fry slowly over low heat for about 15 minutes.

Add 1 zucchini to 2 and stir-fry, add tomato sauce, hot water, parsley and basil, and simmer for 10 minutes.

Serve on a plate and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley to finish off.
