Tomato and beef soup

Put a frying pan with salad oil over high heat, then add the potatoes, onions and celery, cut each into dice, and lightly fry.

Add the chopped white onions, ginger, diced tomatoes, and pre-treated beef tendon, add the Chinese soup, and simmer.

Simmer for about 8 minutes and when the ingredients are soft, add salt and pepper to season.

Serve in a bowl and it's finished.
