Heshikon's new
This dish uses heshiko stock and is finished in a hot and sour soup style using vinegar and chili oil
How to make it

Put the heshiko dashi (see separate recipe), boiled somen noodles, and vinegar into a pot and heat

Once boiling, remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish. Top with roughly chopped heshiko and chopped chives
3
Add chili oil to taste and it's done
