Heshikon's new
This is a dish that makes use of heshikon dashi. We used vinegar and chili oil to create a hot and sour soup style.
How to make it

Put the heshiko dashi (see separate recipe), boiled somen noodles, and vinegar in a pot and heat it.

Once it reaches a boil, remove from heat and transfer to a bowl. Top with roughly chopped heshiko and chopped clams.

Add chili oil to eat if you like it and finish.
