Chicken wing noodle soup
Prepare the steamed chicken wings (see separate recipe). Boil the somen noodles according to the package instructions and drain in a colander
Put the soup from the steamed chicken wings into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the boiled somen noodles and once they are well combined, remove from the heat
Place in a bowl and top with boneless chicken wings, ginger, and thinly sliced green onions
