Chicken Chicken Meat Cake Sauce
It's useful to remember the kelp sauce made with capers. Can be used for a variety of things. The chicken breasts, which tend to get dry when cooked in a silicon steamer, are also moist.
How to make it

Add salt and coarsely smelt black pepper to the chicken, put it in a silicon steamer with A, cover, and heat in the microwave (600W) for 2 minutes.

Chop the tomatoes into small pieces, chop the garlic and combine in a bowl with B.

Place the chicken on a plate, pour 2 over it and sprinkle with parsley and it's done.
