Bakery of Bubble Beans with Parmesan Cheese

This dish features brewed beans and Parmesan cheese. The Parmesan cheese used in the batter is made with as fine grains as possible to create a textured finish.
How to make it

Put olive oil and melted butter in a frying pan and heat it.

The thinly peeled beans are sprinkled with flour, then dip them into beaten eggs, then sprinkle them with Parmesan cheese.

Place in the frying pan in [1] and fry it, then turn it over halfway through, and when the whole thing is fox-colored, lightly sprinkle salt and white pepper to blend in.

Remove into a batter lined with kitchen paper and drain the oil. Serve it in a bowl and sprinkle Parmesan cheese to finish off.
