Soybeans boiled in candy
This is a great way to use up any leftover roasted beans you have around Setsubun, and it's also a great snack for kids
How to make it

Put the granulated sugar and water in a frying pan and dissolve over high heat

Once it becomes a little sticky, add the soybeans and mix well. Once the soybeans are thoroughly coated with the syrup, remove from the pan and let cool

Serve in a bowl and you're done
