Stewed meat stew and tofu
Cut the tofu into thirds, put it in a pot, add the herring broth and boil. Cover with aluminum foil and boil for 2-3 minutes until the tofu has browned
Transfer the tofu to a small earthenware pot, top with the herring, pour in the broth from step (1) and bring to a boil
Peel the broad beans, deep fry them, and sprinkle with salt
Remove [2] from the heat and garnish with deep-fried broad beans to complete the dish
