Lobster is a strong Japanese-style lobster, but we have created a Western-style dish using white sauce. Topped with pine nuts to add an accent to the texture.

How to make it

Cut off the lobster's head, boil the shell, and then soak it in ice water. Once the heat has subsided, cut the flesh into bite-sized pieces and place it on the shell.

Pour the meat with white sauce and top with crushed pine nuts.

Place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, place in an oven heated to 180°C and bake for about 2-3 minutes.

Once it's lightly browned, take it out and serve in a bowl and it's ready.
