Grilled spiny lobster in white sauce

Although spiny lobster has a strong image of being Japanese, we have created a dish with a Western taste by using white sauce. The pine nuts topping adds an accent to the texture

How to make it

Cut off the heads of the spiny lobsters, boil them with the shells on, then place them in ice water. Once cooled, cut the meat into bite-sized pieces and place them on the shells

Pour white sauce over the flesh and top with crushed pine nuts

Place on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 2-3 minutes

Once lightly browned, remove from the oven and serve on a plate
