Bonito Steak

To match [A] to the bowl and soak the bonito cut into easy-to-eat sizes for about 3 minutes.

Sprinkle an appropriate amount of flour on the bonito, then heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan and cook it through the bonito skin. Bake until the skin is thoroughly browned.

Once the skin is browned, turn it over, add the garlic and sauce from [1] and grill both sides with golden brown.

Once the sauce is at a boiling point, place it on a plate and topped with bonito, garlic and grey-haired green onions.
