How to make it

Peel the potatoes and cut them into 3mm half-moon slices

Grease a gratin dish with butter and arrange (1) on it

Mix A and pour into (2), then top with Gulliel cheese, Parmesan cheese, and melted butter in that order

Bake in a toaster oven at 160°C for 30 minutes
