Baked potatoes wrapped in foil

Be careful not to burn yourself when cutting the potatoes.

How to make it

Cut the potatoes into quarters with the skin on and wrap each in aluminum foil

Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for 25 minutes

While still wrapped in foil, make a cross cut with a knife

Spread the cuts and top with sour cream, cod roe, and green onions
