How to make it

Cut the potatoes into 4 equal parts with their skin on, and wrap each in aluminum foil.

Bake in an oven warmed to 200°C for 25 minutes.

While wrapped in foil, cut into crosses with a knife.

Spread the cuts and place on top with sour cream, cod, and all-purpose green onions.
