Potatoes wrapped in foil

Be careful of burns when making cuts in potatoes.
It's also delicious when used as a sour cream instead of butter.
How to make it
1

Cut the potatoes into 4 equal parts with their skin on, and wrap each in aluminum foil.

2

Bake in an oven warmed to 200°C for 25 minutes.

3

While wrapped in foil, cut into crosses with a knife.

4

Spread the cuts and place on top with sour cream, cod, and all-purpose green onions.
