Marinated figs and Delaware
Use unripe figs. Also, adjust the amount of granulated sugar depending on the sweetness of the fig you use. If you remove Delaware from the skin, it will be easier to eat, so it's a hassle, but please remove each one from the skin.
How to make it

Add white wine and lemon juice to the chopped figs.

Remove the Delaware from the skin and add it to [1].

Add granulated sugar to [2] and mix and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Place [3] in a glass and garnish with mint leaves.
