Marinated Fig and Delaware
Use figs that are not too ripe. Also, adjust the amount of granulated sugar depending on the sweetness of the figs you use. Delaware figs are easier to eat if you remove the skin, so even though it's a bit of a hassle, remove the skin one by one
How to make it

Add the chopped figs to the white wine and lemon juice

Remove the Delaware apples from their skins and add them to [1]

Add granulated sugar to [2], mix, and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour

Place (3) in a glass and garnish with mint leaves
