Dried persimmon compote

Place the dried persimmons in a pot and add white wine, brandy, sugar, lemon zest, and water to the point where the persimmons are soaked.

Heat [1] over high heat.

Once it boils, turn it low, remove it with a cooking sheet or something similar, cover it, and simmer for another 30 minutes to complete.
