By soaking frozen eggs in miso, this dish goes well with chewy rice.
If you leave it with hot rice (such as onigiri), the bacteria will increase, so please eat it early.

How to make it

The frozen eggs are naturally thawed and the yolks are soaked in miso overnight. (It is a good idea to use gauze or something similar to sandwich the yolk between miso.)

After one night, it's ready if it turns tortoiseshell colour.
