How to make it

Put 50cc mirin in a pot, heat it, and simmer for a few minutes.

Once the mirin has been boiled, add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, bonito sauce, and clams and put it on the heat.

Once the clam mouth opens, turn off the heat and take out the clam.

Remove the flesh from the shell. The larger the cut is easier to eat.

Add the boiled soba noodles to the broth and lightly heat them up, then put them in a bowl, and topped with clam meat and white green onions to complete.
