Smoked salmon salad with capers
When eating raw onions, cut them sideways (as if cutting off the fiber) to make them crisp. Furthermore, soaking it in ice water will add a crisp feel.
How to make it

Slice the onions thinly, soak them in ice water, and drain well.

Arrange the smoked salmon on a plate, top with onions, pour lemon juice over it, sprinkle with capers and parsley and you're done.
